TERMS & PRODUCTION LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Final Approval: Payment constitutes formal, written approval of all design layouts, templates, text, spelling, scale, and resolution. The Designer is permanently absolved of liability once payment is submitted or files are sent to production.

  • Limitation of Liability: The Designer’s total financial liability for any errors, omissions, or technical file defects is strictly capped at the exact cash amount paid for this creative design fee.

  • Exclusion of Material Costs: Under no circumstances shall the Designer be held financially responsible for physical production, material waste, vehicle wrap vinyl, ink, print shop overhead, or installation/removal labor costs. It is the print shop’s absolute responsibility to perform physical vehicle measurements and test prints prior to final production.
